We use the Zoom platform.
The price of the classes is € 30 per month, through a subscription.

You need a lightweight pair of dumbbells. We recommend that if you have never exercised with weights, you start with weights of 0.5 kg to 1 kg, to gradually increase your weight to about 2 kg.
Due to the special confinement situation, if you don’t have dumbbells you can use anything instead, for example water bottles or anything of the indicated weight.
We do the classes through the ZOOM platform, once you have registered you will be able to access my account and in the membership area, you will have access to the link of the classes.
In any case, we will also send you this link via email or whatsapp.
If you take the classes from a computer, you just have to follow the link, if you do it from a mobile, you will have to download the Zoom application from the play store.
The class is about 40 minutes.
